Cocoa, brazil and date fudge brownie (raw)

Ingredients:

Pitted dates 300g

Raisins – soaked 200g

Cocoa 4 tbsp.

brazil nuts – soaked 500g

Flax seeds 100g

Sunflower seeds 100g

Walnuts – chopped 125g

Whole walnuts 125g

Sprinkle sesame seeds

Method:

Place dates, raisins, cocoa, brazil nuts and 500ml water into food processor – blend until smooth

Add seeds and walnuts – mix

Spread mixture onto 10 x 20cm lined baking tray

Freeze 1 hour

Cut into pieces and serve
