Trin is a warm, practiced and intuitive psychological therapist with 20+ years of experience.

Trin gets to the heart of problems quickly, bringing everything: her compassion, sharp perception and a wealth of experience, tools and strategies; embedded in calm groundedness. It’s not uncommon to also enjoy laughter in her room. She has a depth of understanding of people from many walks of life, gained from the broad array of clinical settings; combined with her own meditation practice and personal development work of over 25 years. She is very attuned to her clients' needs, bringing the most effective approach to facilitate healing, resolution and rewarding change.

Trin uses different styles of therapy to achieve outcomes: from evidence-based treatments of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and Mindfulness; to somatic therapy (Somatic Experiencing), meditation, and energy-based therapy (IST (Inner Space Techniques).
