Raw cacao and cranberry bliss balls

For a treat that’s not too naughty and really nice?

Try making these quick and simple “Raw cacao and cranberry bliss balls”

Recipe:

200g sulphur free dried or fresh dates,

150g desiccated coconut

20g raw cacao powder

150g un-sweetened dried sulphur free cranberries

20g coconut flour

50g coconut oil

50g desiccated coconut for rolling

Method:

Soak dates until soft (if dried)

Puree dates and then add remaining dry ingredients – stir until combined

Add coconut oil to bind. Roll into balls and roll into coconut.

Refrigerate 30 minutes.
