Aromatic Snack Balls

This snack combines the good fats – mono and poly unsaturated fatty acids, soluble fibre to promote a healthy bowel (flaxmeal, chia seeds), antioxidants (cocoa, spices, gogi, and aromatic spices) that will help with inflammation, flatulence, and spasm of the digestive system (ginger, turmeric, fennel seeds, cinnamon). Ingredients Macadamia nuts 60g Almonds 100g Sunflower seeds 50g Pepitas 50g Chia seeds 20g Golden flaxmeal 40g Cocoa butter 70g* Coconut oil 30g* Cinnamon powder 2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Fennel seeds ½ tsp Ginger powder 1 tsp Vanilla bean extract 1 tsp Cacao powder 1 Tbsp Tahini 1 Tbsp Raw honey 3 tsp Gogi Berries 20g Dried Cranberries 60g 2 Tbsp of desiccated coconut Method 1. In a saucepan, gently melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil. Add the aromatic spices, fennel seeds, vanilla bean extract, cacao powder, tahini and honey. Warm through. 4. Mix the dry ingredients with the warmed liquid from the saucepan. Add in the chia seeds, flaxmeal, dried gogi berries, and cranberries. Combine well. 5. * The cocoa butter and coconut oil assist in holding all ingredients together once refrigerated.
