Everyone’s favourite snack. Easy no cooking method.
1 can black beans
4 tbsp carob
3 tbsp cacao
2 tsp vanilla essence (I use an alcohol free one)
a bit of sea salt
Instructions: Put everything in a food processor to combine. Then get a plate and put either some dessicated coconut, cacao or carob on there. Roll balls in your hands and put on the plate to cover them. Then when all done, put in a tub in the freezer or fridge, depending on how chewy you like them.
