Stephanie Moody brings a strong spiritual foundation to her teaching , drawing from previous years’ experience spent studying and practising Buddhist meditation and mindfulness practices (classically vipassana meditation), at retreat centres and monasteries in India and Thailand. She aims to bring to her classes & students, a reminder that yoga should always be done with awareness and mindfulness, as a form of moving meditation – whether it be in Vinyasa flow, or a gentler traditional hatha class.
