Stephen is a Holistic Counsellor and Transformational Life Coach, with extensive experience in research psychology. He has practiced Buddhist meditation for almost 20 years, and has taught meditation since 1995.
In research psychology, he has studied music and mother-infant communication. He holds a diploma in yoga teaching and a certificate in kinesiology. In his therapeutic work, Stephen combines holistic counselling, transformational life coaching and meditation.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION is the practice of simply being. In simply being, there is opportunity for rest and nurturing of understanding. Meditation practice can lead to greater acceptance and compassion for yourself and others and an enhanced feeling of belonging in the world. Guided meditations can be beneficial alongside therapeutic work to explore your life from a deeper, more intuitive perspective.
