The Kinesiology Experience
Many people experience different aspects of Kinesiology. Some would say it is for helping allergy, some would say it is great for relieving pain, others would say it helps them to relax and deal with stress. It is all of those things and more. Kinesiology enhances the body’s innate healing ability and energy.
It is about balancing the whole person.
Kinesiology achieves this via a non-invasive method, using precision muscle feedback and body awareness. It facilitates access to the body bio-computer system bringing awareness to our emotions that do not always surface to our conscious and can control our reaction to life situations. It is then allows us to clear the resulting energy imbalances by applying gentle body techniques (e.g. emotional reflexes).
It simply puts you in charge to get what ever you want out of life.

Background and Qualifications
Safia is a registered Kinesiologist with training and qualifications from the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP). Safia’ s passion and training in kinesiology as well as her versatile background in the business world, fitness and health ensures her ability to provide a holistic approach for the clients to attain their goals what ever they may be.
