Each client is treated individually for his or her needs. She can provide Remedial Massage, a firm deep tissue massage that holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort as far as possible back to the original cause, healing both the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms. Alternatively Swedish Massage is perfect for relaxation and stress management.
Sports Massage is a firm, energetic massage focusing on specific muscular systems related to your particular sport/exercise. Beth’s extended study in Sports Massage allows her to focus on prevention and care of athletic injuries, pre/post event massage, and maintenance. The aim is to attain maximum performance, physical conditioning and decrease risk of injury. Sports massage is not only utilised by professional sports people or people that exercise heavily. It is of benefit to anyone that exercises, even if it is only mild exercise such as regular walking.
Trigger point therapy is a specific technique used to relieve hypersensitive ‘knots’ in the muscles. It is especially good for people who tend to overwork particular muscles, also for those with poor posture or repetitive injuries.
